After a wonderful period of running Briantspuddle Art Gallery and our charming B&B, we've recently made the decision to embark on a new adventure. Following the successful sale of many paintings and countless memorable experiences, it felt like the right time for a change.

This new chapter allows me to dedicate more time to my art – exploring new ideas, attending events, exhibiting work, and taking on more commissions.

I’ve returned to painting en plein air, refining each piece back in the studio. Most days begin with a climb up the steep hill just outside the village, my rucksack on my back and my loyal dog by my side. The effort is always rewarded—expansive skies and breath-taking views that never fail to inspire.

We are delighted to begin this new chapter in the charming village of Sydling St Nicholas, nestled amidst stunning valleys and sweeping countryside views. Just a stone’s throw from the historic village of Cerne Abbas—famed for its iconic hillside chalk figure, the Cerne Giant—our new home offers a perfect blend of heritage and natural beauty.

We look forward to scenic walks, peaceful landscapes and cosy evenings at the local pub. Here's to new beginnings in a truly special place.
